My approach to mind and body therapy
Mark Encinas offers a range of massage techniques to ease and relax muscles, often combining Sophrology and massage in a 90-minute session for a relaxation of the mind then body approach or a traditional massage in a 60 minute session tailored to the client.
He also helps clients unburden their minds and unleash their potential using a listening to what needs to be said approach. By taking this listening approach, he allows clients the freedom to open up and release the thoughts that they carry inside, often difficult to say to others, followed by a guided relaxation session. His sessions combine relaxation, breathing, and visualization techniques to enhance mental and physical well-being.

Mark Encinas originally studied massage therapy at The Harbin Institute in California. He offers the massage techniques learned, often combined with the relaxation techniques learned from Sophrology which he studied here in France. His Sophrology sessions aim to help focus the mind on goals to be achieved, let go of fears, and let go of thoughts that tend to run in the backs of our minds holding us back from truly moving forward.
